Disclaimer & Terms of Rental

I agree to keep safely said equipment and to return it to you on demand in as good condition as when received, and in default thereof, I agree to pay you all loss and damage that you may sustain by reason of any such failure; and I further agree, at my cost and expense to defend you and save you harmless on account of any and all suits or demand brought or asserted by reason of injuries to any person or property whatsoever caused by the sire or operation of said equipment while in my possession, and to pay all judgments, liens or other encumbrances that may be levied against you or the said equipment on account of the use thereof.

It is further understood that the undersigned will be liable for all loss or damage due to theft, fire, or any other cause whatsoever, while said equipment is in customers possession

Customer shall be solely liable for all fines, penalties, and forfeitures imposed for violations of the law while this equipment is being held, used, and operated pursuant to this rental agreement.  Broken Paddles $25.00 each - $11.00 per life jacket

I have read the above terms and conditions of this rental agreement and agree there to; In signing this Agreement I warrant and agree that I will be responsible for any other person or persons using the equipment while it is in my possession or control pursuant to this agreement. If under 21 years of age, I hereby warrant that I have the consent of my parents or guardians to rent the above.
